General rules
1. By purchasing services from Parastoo Parvaz
Aseman website, the buyer undertakes to be fully aware of all the rules and
regulations of ticket purchase.
2. Purchasing from the site is possible with
all Iranian bank cards. in purchasing time, deducting the amount from the
account does not mean that the ticket has been finalized. If you do not receive
a reference or SMS, contact the site support by phone or whatsapp.
3. According to the regulations of the Civil
Aviation Authority, the airline whose operating the flight is responsibe for
cancellation, delay or haste.
4. The times on the ticket are local time.
Before buying a ticket, it is necessary to carefully check the origin,
destination and flight date, and after confirmation, buy your ticket.
5.at the time of buying ticket, basic
information of traveler such as name, date of birth, passport number must be
entered correctly and according to the information of the passport. If the
information does not match with the passport, all responsibilities and damages
will be borne by the buyer.
6. The ticket is non-transferable and the
conditions stated in it are the provisions of the contract between the airline
and the passenger.
Change name
Changing name is not
permitted. Due to the rules ticket must be canceled with penalty (not
applicable for non-refund ticket) and issue new ticket.
Minor change name will be made under certain
conditions of airlines and by paying a penalty.
Announce the available contact number
Providing the correct contact number and email
at the time of purchase is required to announce flight changes.
Wheelchair services
If passenger need to use a wheelchair service,
coordination with the agency is required before issuing a ticket. Some flights do not offer these services.
Medical license
All passengers with special conditions are
required to obtain a license from the medical unit of the airline.
Travel of
pregnant ladies up to 28 weeks with the approval of a gynecologist is
unrestricted, in order to maintain the health of mother and baby from 28 weeks
to 36 weeks of pregnancy air travel is prohibited.
Domestic flight rules
In case of cancellation request, according to the rules
of the airline, passengers will be fined. In case of flight cancellation or delay of
more than two hours, a stamped ticket / receipt must be submitted for return
without penalty.
Passenger time on domestic flights
On domestic flights, the passenger must be at the airport
at least one hour before the flight time. The flight counter closes 30 minutes before
the flight.
Baggage allowance
The allowable baggage depended on the flight class and
the rules of each airline for adults, children and infants. The airline can limit or increase the amount
of baggage on certain routes. The criterion will be the amount of baggage
allowance on the ticket.
international flight rules
On international flights, the passenger passport must be
valid at least 6 months. It is also travelers responsible of obtain a
visa, and check the entry ban.
In some international routes, one-way ticket issuance
will be possible only with the following conditions, depending on the
nationality and passport of the passenger:
• Permanent or temporary residence in the destination
country
• Long-term visa (D type)
• Have a continuation ticket
Passengers will not be allowed to purchase a one-way
flight ticket if they have a tourist visa (on certain routes). In case of not paying attention to the mentioned cases, the
responsibility and damages are borne by the passenger.
On international flights, the passenger must be at the
airport at least three hours before the flight time. The flight counter closes one hour before the
flight.
Refund international ticket
Refund of international ticket is subject to refund
penalty. On some charter flights the ticket will be
non-refundable. Find out the amount of the fine before buying.
Baggage allowance
